我公司生產(chǎn)的設(shè)備有以下幾個優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
1.設(shè)備控制為PLC控制，在正常生產(chǎn)時設(shè)制多重安全保護(hù)。
2.床身為鋼板焊接件。并作回火處理，消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力、避免機(jī)身的變形。
3.成型機(jī)架為鑄鐵結(jié)構(gòu)，并經(jīng)回火處理。強(qiáng)性高，使用壽命長。
4.軋輥軸的材料為40Cr，并經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)處理，硬度為HB280。
5.成型模具的材料為GCr15, 淬火處理，硬度：HRC56-62℃。
6.傳動結(jié)構(gòu)為齒輪箱傳動。每一個成型機(jī)架都有一個齒輪箱，可保證設(shè)備超時間，高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)行，并且使用壽命長。
